2. You don´t have exclusivity with us. You can continue selling your designs on your website and other platforms.

4. Any violation of the WOW.fan Intellectual and artistic property or Copyright and Trademark Policy may result in removal of your artwork, suspension or termination of your account, and/or any other remedies or penalties under law. applicable.

Before uploading your creations you will have to accept the following terms.

I represent and warrant that I have the right to upload and use this artwork and that it does not violate WOW.fan's Terms of Service or Copyright and Trademark Policy, including:

  1. I created and own this original artwork.
  2. I did not copy someone else's artwork, photography, or design.
  3. I have the right to display any person, character, name, logo, image, or quote contained in this artwork.

Respect for Intellectual Property

Wow.fan is a community built upon respect for artists and their intellectual property rights as well as the intellectual property rights of third parties. Wow.fan has a zero tolerance policy for intellectual property rights infringement. Therefore, we ask our artists to remember that each time they are uploading content to wow.fan. Artists thus are required to upload works which in no way infringe upon the copyright, moral rights, publicity rights, privacy rights or any other right of any person or third party, or violate any law or judicial or governmental order. In simple words stealing other people's works and passing it as their own is against the law and against what wow.fan stands and will stand for.

 

Copyright Complaints

Wow.fan respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond promptly any claim that content posted on the site infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.

If you believe in good faith that any content or products made available through the wow.fan Services infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement here.

In accordance with wow.fan's zero-tolerance policy for intellectual property infringement, if wow.fan is made aware that an Artist has infringed the copyright or other intellectural property rights of a third party, it is wow.fan's policy to promptly take the necessary steps to terminate the Artist's account and remove all of Artist's content from wow.fan's Website.
